ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pWe are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and coordinate our Technical Department. The successful candidate will oversee all engineering and technical activities, ensuring the efficient design, development, and industrialization of products and systems. Working closely with Production, Service, Sales and Purchasing teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality technical solutions aligned with company objectives and industry standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, motivate and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers, designers and technical draftsmen. /li liCoordinate and supervise the design and development of products, systems, and customer projects. /li liEnsure compliance with technical regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements. /li liCollaborate with the Sales Department in defining technical specifications and supporting proposal preparation. /li liSupport Production during industrialization activities and technical problem-solving processes. /li liManage technical documentation, ensuring drawings, manuals, and related records remain accurate and updated. /li liMonitor project timelines, costs, and quality performance. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives and promote technological innovation across the organization.



/li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline. /li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role. /li liPrevious experience within the plant engineering/industrial systems sector. /li liCandidates with experience in the heat transfer or chiller industry will be given preferential consideration. /li liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. /li liExperience with ERP systems. /li liKnowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liProven leadership and people-management skills. /li liExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. /li liStrong project management capabilities. /li liEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li liResults-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. /li /ul pSalary package €65K–€75K and MBO Premio. /p pOpportunity to lead strategic technical projects within a growing organization.Collaborative and innovative working environment. /p pIf you are a dynamic engineering leader with a passion for innovation, technical excellence and team development, we would love to hear from you. /p pxysqume Location: S.
