Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a Finishing Production Engineer who will support and optimize the production processes in the Finishing Department at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL), Italy. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency, and develop managerial skills while working with our assembly line. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ulliSupport in monitoring and analyzing efficiency and OEE KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. /liliAssist in production scheduling, detection of deviations,



and proposal of corrective actions to ensure process reliability. /liliContribute to the monitoring of quality KPIs and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with standards. /liliLearn and apply the principles of delegation and teamwork within the production environment. /liliSupport the supervision of product quality checks within the assigned production area. /liliGain understanding of work cycles, production methods. /liliSupport activities related to workplace safety and participate in risk assessment initiatives. /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ulliMaster’s degree in Engineering or Data Sience field /liliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /liliGood relationship skills /liliIntermediate knowledge of Excel (main functions, pivot tables, advanced sorting etc..). /liliKnowledge of SAP is a plus /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
