/p /brpYour ImpactIdentify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior, mid, and senior profiles across several business functions Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders in the subsidiaries to gain insight into short/mid/long-term business needs and talent challengesUse data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting processDefine strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelinesRecommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition functionProvide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition processes and practicesParticipate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall Talent Attraction strategySupport the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University and school partnersAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador, defining and implementing communication to increase employer brand awareness in the marketAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p /brpYou have exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.What you should bring:Master's Degree,
