The Process Improvement and Project Management Specialist supports the Process Improvement and Project Management function within GMRA by contributing to project coordination, process monitoring, reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives. The position is intended for a junior profile at the beginning of their professional career after university graduation, working under the guidance of more senior colleagues and the Head of Management Office. The role supports the collection, organization and analysis of project information, the preparation of reports and dashboards, and the follow-up of timelines, milestones, action plans and deliverables across GMRA Units and Departments. The position also contributes to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, supporting the introduction of digital tools and facilitating collaboration and information exchange across functions. /ph3Key Responsabilities /h3ulliSupports the coordination of cross-functional projects across GMRA by helping to collect and organize information related to objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource needs, risks and action items, under the guidance of senior colleagues. /liliContributes to the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, meeting materials, action logs, status reports and follow-up trackers for GMRA initiatives,



clinical studies and Regulatory Programs. /liliAssists in monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables, highlighting delays, inconsistencies or missing information to the relevant project leads or senior team members. /liliSupports ad hoc, cross-functional and continuous improvement initiatives by helping to coordinate inputs from GMRA Departments and relevant corporate functions. /li /ulh3Education Professional Experience /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Science/Pharmacy, Business Administration, Management or related disciplines. /liliNo prior professional experience is required; internship, thesis project or academic exposure to project management, process improvement, data analysis or pharmaceutical/healthcare topics would be preferable. /liliBasic understanding of project management principles, timelines, milestones, deliverables and action tracking. /liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn in a cross-functional and international environment. /liliAbility to work collaboratively with different functions, collect inputs, follow up on open points and escal...



/liliBasic knowledge of reporting tools and willingness to develop capabilities in project management, risk management and process improvement methodologies. /liliGood analytical mindset and ability to organize information, prepare summaries and support data-driven monitoring activities. /liliKnowledge of clinical study or regulatory processes would be a plus. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI would be a plus. /liliBasic financial awareness and willingness to understand internal accounting and cost control processes. /liliGood written and spoken English. /li /ulh3Employment terms /h3pThe role is classified at Level D under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
