Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care. /p pAs a Talent Performance Junior Specialist, you will support the implementation and daily management of Performance and Talent Management processes at a global level. /p pYou will be responsible for drafting and updating supporting materials, executing communication plans, conducting timely analysis and reporting, and providing support to stakeholders involved in these processes. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport in the deployment and daily management of Performance Management and Talent Management processes at the global level. /li liDraft and update supporting materials and documentation for all processes and their phases. /li liExecute communication plans and calendars to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information. /li liConduct timely analysis and reporting within the scope of Performance and Talent Management, collaborating with Digital HR team for data management. /li liProvide support to all stakeholders involved in the processes in managing the systems and tools used, primarily SuccessFactors Qualtrics. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li1–3 years of experience in a Human Resources role,
