Here, you'll build something that lasts: ba trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world. /b /p h3bWhat You'll Do /b /h3 ul liOwn the bdata transformation layer /b from raw sources to trusted, documented datasets—designing and maintaining a dbt project on BigQuery with staging, intermediate, and mart layers. /li liModel bproduct analytics events /b (user interactions, feature adoption, feedback signals), bengineering metrics /b, and bbusiness KPIs /b into reliable, self-service data models. /li liBuild and maintain the data foundations powering our dashboards, decisions, and team health metrics. /li liImplement bdata quality frameworks /b: tests, freshness checks, anomaly detection, and clear ownership and SLAs on key datasets. /li liCollaborate with engineers to improve bevent tracking and data contracts /b at the source (Pub/Sub, application events). /li liCreate and curate bdashboards and semantic layers /b that Product, CS,
and Sales teams can query directly—enabling true self-service analytics. /li liPartner with the bAI Search Platform team /b to instrument and measure model performance, feedback loops, and benchmark results. /li liSupport Product teams with bad-hoc analysis /b: feature impact, user segmentation, satisfaction trends, and power-user behavior. /li /ul h3bWhat You'll Bring /b /h3 ul lib3+ years /b of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a data analyst role with a strong engineering mindset. /li liExpert bSQL skills /b and hands-on experience with bdbt /b (dbt Core or dbt Cloud). /li liSolid experience with bBigQuery /b or comparable cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift). /li liStrong understanding of bdimensional modeling /b, data testing, and documentation-as-code practices. /li liComfortable working in a bPython /b ecosystem (scripting, basic ETL, notebooks for exploration). /li liExperience building data models that serve bmultiple stakeholders /b (product, engineering, business). /li liFluent bEnglish /b; Italian is a strong plus. /li /ul pbNice to Have /b /p ul liExperience with bevent-driven architectures /b (Pub/Sub, Kafka) and streaming data. /li liFamiliarity with bElasticsearch, Pinecone /b, or vector databases. /li liExposure to bengineering metrics /b (DORA, PR analytics) or developer productivity measurement. /li liExperience with bBI/visualization tools /b (Retool, Looker Studio, Metabase). /li liInterest in bAI/ML model evaluation /b and LLM output quality measurement. /li liPrevious experience in blegal-tech, RegTech /b, or B2B SaaS.
