The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities. /p h3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pThe Industrial Controller will be based at the Industrial Operations site in Novara and will work closely with the Industrial Management team on the preparation of the Industrial Division budget, to be shared with the Finance function, as well as on product cost analysis and cost tracking for both Product Development and Logistics activities. /p pThe role will also work closely with the Finance team on monthly closing activities, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analyses. /p pThe position will interact with several internal stakeholders across the company on industrial cost control activities. /p pThe main objective is to combine a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the different industrial processes, both product- and logistics-related, with a solid knowledge of industrial accounting and management control principles. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liManage Budget, Forecast and monthly closing activities for the entire Industrial Management scope, with specific responsibility for the following areas: Logistics (HQ and regional branches), Product Development, Industrial Division, Design Haute Couture /li liCalculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), determine industrial overheads, value inventory movements and work closely with the Accounts Payable and Inventory Controlling teams /li liAnalyze Actual Product Costs vs. Standard Costs /li liTrack and monitor Product Development costs,



with a specific focus on Prototype and Sample launches /li liPrepare periodic reporting and calculate KPIs for the Industrial area /li liDevelop ad hoc analyses to understand industrial cost trends and support Management in decision-making /li liMonitor and track costs related to production orders, such as Marketing Orders and Uniforms /li liOptimize the SAP cost control system by monitoring WIP, identifying and correcting input anomalies (Raw Materials / Finished Products / Processing), and developing customized data extraction layouts /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE SKILLS /h3 p3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, preferably in structured organizations and within the Fashion industry /p pBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics or related fields, or equivalent professional background /p pStrong knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Business Intelligence applications /p pExcellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint /p pFluent in Italian and English /p pStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, social intelligence, team-oriented approach, positive attitude and excellent organizational skills /p p#LI-NC1 /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
