ppSoteco International with head office in Ceranesi (GE – Italy) is searching for a Field Service Engineer, responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer support while ensuring equipment operates safely andbr/efficiently. /ppbJob Classification and Compensation: /b /ppGross Annual Salary (RAL): from €30,000.00 to €40,000.00, to be determined based on professional skills and experience gained.br/Permanent employment contractbr/Classification Level: Livello C3 – CCNL Metalmeccanica – Aziende Industriali – CNEL C011 /ph3Key Duties: /h3ulliInstall, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites. /liliPerform preventive maintenance according to service schedules. /liliDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or software-related issues. /liliConduct equipment inspections and performance testing. /liliMaintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation. /liliTrain customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment. /liliEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. /liliRecommend upgrades,
