Working closely with the Senior Service Facility Manager, you’ll use data, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise to improve equipment reliability and support business performance. This role offers the opportunity to grow within an international organization where you can gain hands‑on experience, take ownership of improvement initiatives, and contribute to the success of a dynamic manufacturing environment. /p h3bWhat You’ll Be Doing /b /h3 ul liSupport the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure /li liAnalyze equipment failure data and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities /li liInvestigate recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis,



and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability /li liMonitor key maintenance and operational KPIs and use insights to support continuous improvement initiatives /li liManage and review spare parts inventory levels, helping to ensure availability of critical components while reducing obsolete stock /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 h3Essential Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems /li liAt least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar industrial environment /li liAbility to analyze data, solve technical problems, and turn insights into practical improvement actions /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive approach to work /li liProfessional fluency in bItalian and English /b, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience using IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS) will be a considerable advantage /li liExperience with maintenance planning, asset management, reliability engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3bWhat You'll Get from Us /b /h3 ul liWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training,
