To support the industrialization of new products and enhance manufacturing performance through process analysis and the implementation of innovative technical solutions. /p /brh3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDefine, develop, and optimize stamping processes for metal components used in the automotive industry. /li /brliSupport the industrialization of new products and the introduction of new equipment and tooling. /li /brliCollaborate with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance departments to ensure process stability and manufacturing efficiency. /li /brliAnalyze production performance and identify improvement actions related to efficiency, scrap reduction, machine downtime, and manufacturing costs. /li /brliDefine and update process parameters, operating standards, and work instructions. /li /brliParticipate in APQP activities and develop PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and Control Plans for new projects. /li /brliManage production trials, feasibility studies, and process validations. /li /brliSupport structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and PDCA. /li /brliMonitor and improve process performance indicators (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, cycle time). /li /brliSupport the definition of technical specifications for new presses, automation systems, and production equipment.
/li /brliEnsure process compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements. /li /brliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean Manufacturing principles. /li /brliProvide technical support and training to operators and production teams. /li /brliEnsure compliance with Health Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations in all process-related activities. /li /brliCollaborate with external suppliers in the development and modification of stamping dies and manufacturing equipment. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brh3Education /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent disciplines. /li /brliA Master's Degree or specialization in Manufacturing Engineering will be considered a plus. /li /brliTechnical High School Diploma (Industrial/Mechanical Technician) is desirable. /li /br /ul /brh3Professional Experience /h3 /brul /brliFrom 3 to 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer within manufacturing companies involved in industrial stamping of automotive components. /li /brliPrevious experience in the automotive industry, particularly in cold sheet metal stamping processes, is strongly preferred. /li /brliProven experience in the forming and manufacturing of automotive heat shield components will be considered a significant advantage.
