What will you do?
- Expansion and management of properties in Portugal;
- Acquisition of important property management companies in Portugal, potentially interested in promoting their properties on : from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
- Daily management of relations with Portuguese Property Owners and Managers: performance analysis, improvement of listings,
etc.;
- Business Development activities.
What is required?
- Fluent Portuguese language;
- Fluent English language;
- Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills;
- Sales aptitude;
- Organisational and management skills;
- Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
