We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Digital Transformation Office and help turn data into scalable business impact. The Data Scientist designs and deploys machine learning and advanced analytics solutions that create measurable business impact. /ppIn this role, you will work across business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions, improve decision-making, and support key transformation initiatives. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop, and optimize machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for business use cases /liliExplore, clean, and structure data from multiple sources, including CRM, internal pipelines, and cloud platforms /liliBuild, validate, and monitor predictive models and analytical workflows /liliTranslate business needs into data science approaches, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes /liliCollaborate with data engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to industrialize solutions /liliCommunicate insights and model outputs through clear visualizations, presentations, and recommendations /liliSupport deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement of models and pipelines /liliContribute to the adoption of data science best practices across the organization /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulli1 to 3 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or similar roles /liliStrong hands-on experience with Python and SQL /liliExperience with machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, forecasting,
or anomaly detection /liliFamiliarity with Databricks or similar cloud-based data and analytics environments /liliGood understanding of model validation, performance monitoring, and reproducible workflows /liliAbility to work effectively across technical and business teams /liliStrong communication skills and ability to explain complex outputs to non-technical stakeholders /li /ulh3Preferred qualifications /h3ulliExperience with ML pipelines, MLOps, or model deployment workflows /liliKnowledge of statistics and experimental design /liliExperience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau /liliExposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus /li /ulpEducation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. /ph3Why join the DTO /h3pYou will work on high-impact transformation initiatives and help shape the company's AI and analytics journey by building solutions that move from idea to business adoption. /ph3Employment terms /h3pThe role is classified at Level C under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 36.556,24. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
