Welcome Pickups is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Italian/English) to drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads for its B2B services. You will build outreach campaigns, engage hotels, property managers, and travel partners, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

You will manage lead data in HubSpot, collaborate with Marketing and BD teams, and continuously optimize messaging and workflows to scale the sales funnel.
