BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p. A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry. BSP has been at the forefront in the fight agains cancer since 2006. Innovation is the hallmark of BSP with investments in new technologies and production methods in a high containment plant. We are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs.

We are currently looking for a Technology Transfer Project Manager
Main activities :
Coordinate project Kick-Off Meetings and ensure alignment between technical requirements, project scope and approved quotation; Ensure the correct application of Quality Agreements and Manufacturing Service Agreements for assigned projects; Prepare and manage key Technology Transfer documentation, including TT Checklist, Gap Analysis, TT Protocol/Report, Project Timeline, Change Controls and BOM; Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment across all involved functions; Supervise the planning and execution of Engineering, Feasibility, Optimization,
Clinical and PPQ batches during the transfer process; Review key technical and validation documentation and coordinate the resolution of critical transfer or manufacturing issues; Manage project changes, CAPAs and invoicing according to project progress and agreed payment schedules; Ensure an effective handover of relevant project information to the Business Manager.
Main requirements :
Master's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, CTF, Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific disciplines; Professional knowledge of English; Solid experience in Project Management and Technology Transfer within pharmaceutical organizations; Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment; Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Great can-do attitude
Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is :
RAL 40 - 45k
