pAs a Learning Manager your mission is to support, develop and empower retail teams in delivering the client experience to the agevolazioni of the store business. You contribute to business growth, answering to the needs of the stores through selling skills, product training and active coaching. /ppYou will spend your time coaching and training in the stores of your network, based in Rome. /ph3Job responsabilities /h3pThrough local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach the team in store to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products. /pulliAs a key partner for Team and Store Managers, you will ensure the implementation of the learning progression to further develop the performance of the team, aligning training initiatives with overall business objectives and sales targets in line with corporate commercial/training guidelines. /liliLeading a culture of in-store coaching, you will observe interactions with clients on the floor through active listening and questioning, and you will coach individual team members to draw out their own solution to improve and develop. /liliSupporting Team Managers in developing their coaching skills will be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will work with the Store Management team to identify and nurture potential and create individual development paths for them. /liliYou will provide on-going feedback to Store Managers and HR on the performance/progress of individual team members.



/liliYou will ensure the Store Management team has full visibility on training activities. You will also monitor the quality and the impact of all training sessions via follow up, as well as maintaining an active shop floor presence to observe the subsequent implementation of the initiatives. /liliAs a member of the Learning team, you will be responsible for liaising with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and delivering training at a Country level. /liliYou will facilitate on-boarding of newcomers and liaise with HR to ensure proactive planning for new employees /liliIn collaboration with Merchandising team, you will facilitate product training, including new launches for store population. /liliYou will act as a facilitator for sharing of experience / best practices among the stores on coaching initiatives and programs. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliFluent in Italian and English /liliProven experience in a managerial role /liliSolid experience in Learning and Training /liliAbility to adapt and react to changes in a fast-paced environment /liliTraining delivery skills - strong presentation skills with use of different techniques to facilitate learning /liliStrong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels /liliProactive, highly structured, and collaborative /liliGood understanding of Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
