Based in bParma, Italy /b, the company delivers projects nationally and internationally. /p pWe are looking for an bHSE Officer /b to strengthen the HSE Team on our project in the bNetherlands /b, involving the construction of the mechanical systems of a biorefinery. /p h3Main responsibilities include: /h3 ul liDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring project HSE procedures, including operating instructions and Method Statements; /li liManaging and controlling HSE documentation related to personnel, equipment, and subcontractors; /li liProviding on-site operational support and collaborating with the Construction Management team and other project functions on HSE matters; /li liEnsuring compliance with company procedures and site safety regulations. /li /ul pThe role requires working on a bcontinuous rotation assignment basis /b, with a b25 days on / 5 days off schedule /b,

including a bmonthly return trip to Italy /b (travel arranged and covered by the company) and bcompany-provided accommodation /b. /p ul liTechnical diploma or degree in an engineering or related technical discipline; /li libAt least 5 years of experience /b in HSE roles (e.g. ASPP, HSE Officer, or HSE Supervisor); /li liExperience gained in industrial, infrastructure, or Oil Gas environments; /li liGood knowledge of HSE regulatory, technical, and management aspects; /li liAbility to work independently in complex and structured construction site environments; /li libEnglish proficiency at least at B1/B2 level /b; /li liWillingness to work babroad on a rotational assignment basis /b. /li /ul pThe ideal candidate is reliable, well-organized, practical, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in operational environments. /p pbInitial Assignment Location: /b Rotterdam, the Netherlands (bNESTE Biorefinery Project /b) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
