ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pPosition: PRODUCTION MANAGER /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liGuarantee respect for production plans in terms of quantity, quality, timing and efficiency. /li liGuarantee proper organization of means and resources in the workshop, ensuring all safety and health standards are met. /li liSupport and take care of the resources within the perimeter to mantain a motivating and engaged climate/environment in production dept. /li liSupervise the whole Leather Goods manufacturing process, in order to reach expected volumes and efficiency targets /li liManage a team of 4 Production Supervisors, around 130 artisans, 1 production Industrialization technician /li liMotivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff /li liSetting productivity goals for each manufacturing team /li liGuarantee respect of production plan daily/weekly, giving feedbacks to planning department /li liProduce progress reports on efficiency and other relevant KPIs /li liEnsure respect of quality standards as far as finished products are concerned /li liCommunicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production /li liEnsuring adequate scheduling of staff and supervise the recruitment, polyvalence and development plan. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liEducation: University egree in Industrial Engineering or similar /li liExperience: minimum 5 years in the role in an industrial manufacturing context /li liExpertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization /li liAbility to coach and motivate /li liStrong team builing attitude /li liProblem solving and decision making /li liNegotiation skills /li liExcellent computer knowledges /li liFluent English Italian – French will be a plus. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liWithin the Production Department,
