This position can also be based at Eaton premises in Slovakia, the Czech Republic (Prague, Brno), Poland, and Italy.Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge, and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. For candidates based in Italy, the gross annual salary range for this position is approximately EUR 51,200 - EUR 75,020, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.You will visit customers and distributors independently or alongside sales teams to support regular technical discussions, with a particular focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for key accounts.Key Responsibilities:A. Provide application support to OEMs, Distributors and EMSs. Design assistance includes system analysis and proposals, product selection, layout, technical comparison, elevation drawings, configuration, custom design etc.B.
Effectively translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D; teams to facilitate product design and specification improvements, increasing the NBO success rate.C. Deliver training programs to customers and distributor partners, including product technology, applications, and regular product roadmap updates.D. Gather customer feedback and provide input to Product Management to improve product acceptance in the marketplace and drive roadmap development.E. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify new opportunities and be a key contributor in achieving/exceeding NBO pipeline targets.F.
