You will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and are digitally savvy. /p pMove with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to join our Operations Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). /p pIn order to perform the role, you should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms and architectures, technologies and work environments. /p pTogether with your team, you will take care of the management of Continuous Improvement and problem solving projects in the manufacturing fields, respecting the rules of Lean Thinking: you will also have the task of increasing production efficiency and identifying effective measures aimed at increasing the value for our customers. /p pAs part of the role,



you will be involved in projects aiming at improving Plant Standards and helping team leaders in the correct technical training of line operators. /p pTogether with the other business areas (RD, TM, QA, etc.) you will have the task of optimizing and monitoring production processes, production cycles and quality and technological standards while guaranteeing the safety standards of our production process. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liManage Problem Solving activities (6σ, Kaizen, etc ...) related to production /li liManage continuous improvement activities in production /li liManage line balances together with team leaders based on productivity needs, available resources and specific process criticalities /li liOrganize training sessions (quality assurance, time and method and balancing of lines) and generate, standardize and improve training modules /li liEvaluate projects and resources needed to promote Continuous Improvement activities /li liEnsure that occupational safety and ergonomics standards are met through the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, masks, etc /li liParticipate in process audit /li liImprove quality control standard /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with a strong team-player mindset.
