Deal provides services that range from conceptual and detailed design of pre-fabrication and erection systems, to the design and supply of specialised equipment such as launching trusses, straddle carriers, gantry cranes, casting machines as well as other custom lifting, moving and casting devices. /p /brh3Website /h3 /brh3About the Role /h3 /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brh3Equipment Installation and Commissioning /h3 /brul /brliContribute to the installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of machinery and specialized equipment at customer and project sites. /li /brliPerform functional checks and verify the correct operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control systems. /li /brliAssist with equipment start-up and ensure that machinery is properly configured and ready for operation. /li /brliSupport the integration and testing of equipment control and monitoring systems. /li /brliIdentify and resolve technical issues arising during installation and commissioning. /li /br /ul /brh3After-Sales Technical Support /h3 /brul /brliProvide technical assistance to customers and site teams during equipment operation. /li /brliDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control-system issues. /li /brliProvide remote and on-site technical support to minimize equipment downtime. /li /brliAnalyse equipment failures and identify the root causes of technical problems. /li /brliRecommend and implement corrective actions and repairs.
/li /brliSupport warranty-related technical investigations and interventions. /li /br /ul /brh3Site Operations Support /h3 /brul /brliProvide hands-on technical support during the operation of Company equipment on civil construction and infrastructure projects. /li /brliAssist site personnel in the safe and correct use of machinery and equipment. /li /brliMonitor equipment performance and identify potential technical problems before they lead to failures or downtime. /li /brliSupport equipment maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and repairs. /li /brliAssist in the management of spare parts and technical materials required for field interventions. /li /brliWork closely with project and site teams to ensure equipment availability and operational continuity. /li /br /ul /brh3Customer Training /h3 /brul /brliSupport the training of customers and operators on the correct use, operation, and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment. /li /brliPrepare and deliver practical demonstrations and technical instructions. /li /brliEnsure that operators understand equipment operating procedures and relevant safety requirements. /li /br /ul /brh3Technical Documentation and Reporting /h3 /brul /brliPrepare commissioning reports, service reports, intervention reports, and technical documentation. /li /brliRecord technical issues, equipment failures, corrective actions, and maintenance activities. /li /brliProvide feedback to Engineering and Product Development teams regarding recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement. /li /brliMaintain accurate records of equipment performance and field interventions.
/li /br /ul /brh3Continuous Improvement /h3 /brul /brliContribute to the identification of recurring technical issues and propose improvements to equipment design, reliability, and maintainability. /li /brliProvide practical feedback from construction sites to Engineering, Production, and After Sales teams. /li /brliSupport the development and improvement of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation. /li /brliContribute to lessons-learned activities following commissioning and field operations. /li /br /ul /brh3Health, Safety and Compliance /h3 /brul /brliPerform all activities in compliance with Company HSE policies, customer requirements, and applicable site safety regulations. /li /brliEnsure that equipment is operated, tested, and maintained in accordance with relevant technical and safety requirements. /li /brliImmediately report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or operational risks. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliAt least 8-10 years of work experience /li /brliTechnical high school diploma or engineering degree (core knowledge: Mechatronics) /li /brliTechnical expertise in machinery and equipment, preferably used in civil construction /li /brliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /li /brliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li /brliGood English knowledge /li /brliKnowledge of HSE regulations and compliance /li /br /ul /brpPosition report to the head of engineering. Activities are mainly performed at our offices in Cargnacco (Udine), with regular site missions at world wide level. /p /brh3Pay range and compensation package /h3 /brpAnnual base salary from 45,000€ to 55,000€ based on experience and qualifications.
