Business Development Specialist, KOL & Affiliate Acquisition - Italy
Location: Italy - Remote
Market: Italy
Compensation: Commission-only, no base salary
The role
We're looking for someone to own Card acquisition in the Italian market, building and managing affiliate, KOL,
creator, and community partnerships across Italy.
This is a distribution-driven business development role focused on measurable user acquisition, not general marketing or community management.
You will own your partner pipeline from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, launch and performance optimisation.
What we're looking for
- Native or professional-level English and Italian
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market
- Existing affiliate, KOL, creator or crypto-community relationships
- Hands-on experience sourcing and closing commercial partnerships
- Evidence of measurable user, revenue, FTD or volume growth
- Experience managing a partner pipeline independently
- Crypto exchange, fintech, Card or affiliate-platform experience preferred
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Card, Marketing, Operations and Compliance
- Comfortable working in a commission-only role with no base salary
What you'll own
- Identify and approach high-potential affiliates, KOLs, creators, and communities
- Negotiate CPA, referral and revenue-share partnerships
- Launch and manage partner campaigns
- Track attributable Card acquisition and partner performance
- Build a sustainable local acquisition pipeline
- Provide market and competitor insights to the wider EU team
Experience in Italy or an existing Italian network is a plus.
