ph3YOUR MISSION: /h3 pAs an Ambassador of the Maison, you ensure a unique client experience before, during and after a sale and proactively develops your client portfolio. You also participates to the daily boutique operations. /p h3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You Will: /h3 h3Sales Achievements /h3 ul liEnsure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale /li liPerfectly master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop) /li liAdapt according to client(s) needs and motivations /li liStrive to always improve and surprise the client(s) /li liDeal with ease during negotiations and objections /li liTransmit the passion and values of the Maison /li liAct as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of After Sales /li liMeet individual and boutique targets,



both quantitative and qualitative /li /ul h3Client Relationship Portfolio Development /h3 ul liCultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty /li liEfficiently develop the client portfolio /li liExecute targeted CRM actions /li liParticipate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison /li /ul h3Daily Boutique Operations /h3 ul liRespect all brand and boutique policies and procedures /li liParticipate in inventories /li liParticipate in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique /li liParticipate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines /li liAssist with special projects when requested /li /ul h3HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? /h3 pWe are looking for candidates with previous experience hospitality sector or in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs.
