ColonnaCaramanti is seeking outstanding talent: tax professionals at different levels of seniority, inspired by a Firm grounded in independence, critical thinking and long-term vision, and eager to contribute to its growth and evolution.
We seek professionals with experience gained in tax practices who combine technical depth, sound judgment and intellectual curiosity with the ability to think across disciplines. Depending on their seniority, they will contribute to or lead tax engagements, bringing an integrated perspective to the full range of tax and corporate advisory services.
The role includes corporate and group taxation, cross-border matters, the preparation and review of statutory and consolidated financial statements and tax returns for companies and corporate groups, as well as tax support for private clients with international assets.
The position also involves significant exposure to corporate accounting and group tax compliance. As seniority increases, the role extends to corporate governance activities, including appointments to Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies 231 Decree. It also encompasses transfer pricing, appraisals, expert witness assignments and dispute resolution.
Work is coordinated within structured teams. In line with their experience, professionals assume responsibility for client relationships, team coordination and the mentoring of junior professionals.

ColonnaCaramanti is a corporate and tax firm founded by Filippo Colonna and Marco Caramanti, bringing together lawyers, chartered accountants and statutory auditors. Its professionals sit on Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory and Control Bodies of Italian and international groups, including listed companies and entities supervised by financial authorities. They are also appointed by courts and private parties to provide pro veritate opinions, fairness opinions and expert reports required by law, and to serve as expert witnesses and arbitrators.
Our offices are located at Via degli Omenoni 2, in the heart of Milan, between La Scala, Montenapoleone and San Babila. The setting combines historic character with spacious, modern and fully equipped offices.
