ppWe are looking for a NOC Operator for a full-time on-site position to join the team in Rome. This is a great growth opportunity in an exciting and fast-moving industry. /p pThe candidate should be fluentin English and have basic computer know-how;Additional languages and technical knowledge would be considered an advantage. The position includes monitoring, operating, and supporting all of the company’s 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services. Working hours – 24/7 shift basis. Please note that this is not a remote/hybrid/smart working position /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liMonitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components’ functions and make sure that they are active and problem-free. /li liCustomer support – act as the initial point of contact for all the company’s clients. /li liTroubleshoot and fix technical issues. /li liAccountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved,

while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them. /li liManage escalation process until resolution, including coordination with in-house engineers and third parties. /li liManage and coordinate technical maintenances related to the company’s distribution services. /li liMonitor and operate, if needed, facility air-conditioning, UPS, generators etc. /li liWork on a shift rotation basis, on a 24/7 basis. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liGood knowledge of English /li liBasic computer skills (MS Office programs) /li liCandidate has preferably a technical background from one of the following: RF, satellites, networks, electronics, video and/or sound /li liEngineering studies will be considered an advantage /li liTechnical or customer support experience will be considered an advantage /li liHaving a car will be considered an advantage /li /ul pLocation: Rome, Italy /p pEmail: /p pType: Tempo pieno, On Site /p pLanguage: English /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
