ppSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert /ph3Health Safety Specialist - Maintenance Offices /h3h3bAbout the Role: /b /h3pFor our bPlant in Alba /b we are looking for a bHealth Safety Specialist /b, who will ensure the effective implementation of bHealth Safety standards within the Maintenance Unit and the Office departments /b, acting as a key point of reference for all topics related to occupational safety, accident prevention and human-centered work design. You will support the translation of legal and internal requirements into practical maintenance actions, working closely with different stakeholders to guarantee compliance and continuous improvement across all HS processes, including activities involving third parties /ph3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3pAs bHealth Safety Specialist /b, part of your responsibilities will be to identify, assess and reduce bHealth Safety risks /b, ensuring that all legal and internal standards and procedures are correctly implemented and followed duringb Maintenance activities /b performed by internal maintenance workers and by contractors. /ppYou will perform and update risk assessments together with the bMaintenance and Offices Team /b b(including facilities and Utilities) /b, support audits and follow-up. You will contribute to incident investigations, root cause analysis and the definition of preventive and corrective actions, while overseeing HS KPIs monitoring, ensuring proper use of internal tools and follow-up of defined action plans. You will also support the implementation of the emergency organization in alignment with the plant emergency plan,



contribute to HS initiatives and prepare work instructions in line with internal standards. /ppIn addition, you will plan, coordinate and deliver HS btraining activities /b, fostering a strong safety culture through regular shopfloor interactions and engagement initiatives. You will coach managers to take ownership of safety responsibilities and promote awareness through continuous presence and dedicated campaigns. /ph3bAbout You: /b /h3pYou will bring you bMaster’s Degree in Engineering, Prevention Techniques in Health and Safety or related field /b, and your solid knowledge of applicable legislation and safety regulations. You are bqualified as ASPP or RSPP /b, and a certification as trainer or auditor will be considered a plus. /ppYou have developed competencies in bmachinery-related risks /band gain previous related experience in well-structured and complex manufacturing environment. /ppYou demonstrate proactivity, curiosity, strong communication skills and versatility, allowing you to interact effectively across different stakeholders including production teams, HS teams, maintenance and People Organization.



You are comfortable working both at an operational level and in people management contexts, contributing to a culture of safety ownership and continuous improvement. /ppAs a good communicator, byou are fluent in Italian and English /b. /ph3bWhat We Offer: /b /h3pThe role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
