We are defining and executing the product strategy and product development. We are in close alignment with Sales regarding business requirements, pricing und profitability. /p pThe clearing and network position is managing and optimizing the Group FI portfolio for payments business and clearing relationships in a team of clearing specialists. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liWork on high priority and strategic payment tasks and projects. Projects can be regulatory or functional in nature /li liIn line with Global FI Sales, support Clearing activities by acting as the point of contact for the network, Operations and Client Banks for all commercial inquiries regarding clearing issues. /li liAssist in preparing and executing strategic initiatives, including network rationalization, cost analysis,



and efficiency improvements /li liStay up-to-date with regulatory developments and market trends affecting correspondent banking, cross border payments, and clearing frameworks /li liAssist in evaluating and implementing new clearing partners and payment routes as needed /li liCoordinate the onboarding, maintenance and offboarding of clearing relationships /li liMonitor the market for new business opportunities and changes to the business model /li liIdentify and mitigate operational and settlement risks across the clearing network /li /ul h3What you'll need to succeed /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent /li liExperience in Financial Institutions, Clearing Operations or Network Management /li liKnowledge of international payment systems and financial messaging standards /li liHigh motivation and dedication for working in a Group setup in the business line Group Payments Solution /li liVery strong analytical conceptual skills for complex matters /li liVery high communication skills both orally and in writing /li liProblem solving mentality /li liAbility to work under pressure and extensive commitment /li liAutonomous working style within a team /li liFluent in English,
