The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating international shipments, ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and in compliance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail,



and excellent communication abilities, which are essential for effectively interacting with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.. /ph3What you will do /h3pAs HUB Specialist your main responsibilities will include: /pulliSpace Management: You will coordinate bookings and optimize space utilization for air shipments. /liliConsolidation Management: You will create and update digital files for air shipments, optimizing costs and timelines. /liliDelivery Notes and Inventory: You will organize daily deliveries and coordinate the inventory required for air shipments. /liliClosure Visibility and Planning: You will plan and update the weekly allocation schedule for air shipments. /liliShipment Management: You will support the preparation of air shipments and monitor any changes. /li /ulh3Who we are looking for /h3ulliProven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies. /liliStrong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation. /liliAbility to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines. /liliExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Salary package /h3pContract type: Permanent /ppWorking hours: Full-Time /ppGross annual salary / RAL:
