Our every day’s challenge is always to live up to the expectations of our customers all over the world. /ppbr/ppDescription: /ppThis is a full-time on-site role as a Assistant Manager. /ppAs an Assistant Manager, your tasks are working with Store Manager, being responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service,
improving every sale, as well as bringing new clients, and improving teams CRM goals. /ppbr/ppOn operational side, the tasks are organising the stock procedures, minimising stock losses, maintaining clean sales and stock floor, effective communicating and training the team on product information and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly KPI’s, supporting the sales team on target achievement and supervising the daily operational tasks, such as circle counts, VM checks and reports etc. /ppbr/ppbProfile: /b /pp Strong interpersonal skills /pp Excellent customer service skills /pp Effective communication skills /pp Proven sales and management experience /pp Organisational skills /pp Attention to detail /pp Fluency English is a must; multiple other languages is a plus /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
