ppTogether with the Head of Store Design is responsible for the Loro Piana store concept and design (in terms of materials research, technical study, value engineering, costs etc.) and its evolution. /ppHe/she is responsible for the Brand architectural image, to be consistently applied to our Retail Network, Offices and/or any Special Project etc. /ph3Job responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Head of Store Design in:br/-studying new concepts adaptation for different LP storesbr/- developing a Store Concept that can successfully represent the essence of Loro Piana- ensuring our design is always representing/interpreting the Loro Piana culture of Luxury Craftsmanship /liliIdentify and manage external Consultants/Partners and Agencies /liliAnalyze and monitor competitors store concepts, trends to propose new idea for Loro Piana /liliGuarantee coherence and consistency of LP stores in terms of design guideline, environmental creation, materials and furniture quality WW /liliLiaising with all the internal stakeholders and external Consultant/Partners support the study of all new concepts design (i.e.: stores, offices, special projects etc.) /liliSupport for the coordination of all the impacted internal stakeholders (i.e.: VM, Communication, and other departments) on cross-functional projects /liliSupport for the new concept design implementation and therefore for the feasibility and functionality analysis and for cost controlling and timing /liliLiaising with Internal Stakeholders, develop and maintain processes to ensure effective projects implementation /liliDevelop and update of the Store Concept Book /liliCollect and organize information related to the actual network archive (i.e.: Layout Photo Book, Store database,



WW SP Dashboard) /liliOn a regularly basis, review, update and share the documents related to the new technical database (i.e.: construction details, materials, etc.) /liliSupport for scouting new materials and suppliers in his/her area of responsibility and liaise with the Procurement Team for the assessment and final validation of new suppliers /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliBachelor in Architecture /lili3/5 years of experience in Luxury Retail /liliStrong teamwork and collaboration skills /liliAbility to work across the organization /liliCreativity, excellence orientation /liliFlexibility and operational effectiveness /liliSoftware: Autocad 3D modeling program, Microsoft package /li /ulh3Additional information /h3pFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 30.000. /ppThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
