The Social Hub is seeking an Asset Manager for Southern Europe to drive growth across Italy, Spain, and France, overseeing leasing and commercial terms from concept to signed agreements. You will build in-house financial models to measure yields and revenue gains, and collaborate with city officials and partners to move projects forward.
