The role acts as a strategic partner to the BU leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and reporting to the BU CEO. You will support organizational growth across Europe, North America, Mexico and Asia, drive talent management, engagement and governance, and help ensure compliance with labor regulations while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
