Within the Sales team, Strikers are responsible for building customer relationships and negotiating with retail accounts in specific geographical areas. They must achieve all elements of Red Bull Perfect Store – providing availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull to maximize sales of all Red Bull products.
Responsibilities
All responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
TERRITORY COVERAGE
Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost‑effective manner. Management and development of the designated area.
PERFECT STORE
Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards, focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging. Build quality relationships with foreign store stakeholders through effective communication. Influence decision‑makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
Influence store‑level orders to enable Red Bull range availability. Ensure a fair stock level to secure proper range availability and visibility to consumers.
POS MANAGEMENT
Secure (and where possible, improve) the agreed in‑store presence of Red Bull. Place POS material,
ensuring it’s correctly situated and maintained in all outlets – mainly ethnic accounts. Ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
Measure, track and audit key in‑store metrics with specific digital tools. Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English language knowledge required as you will mainly manage ethnic points of sale.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based environment.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Valid driving license.
