We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Solution Lead (SL) with a strong technical background and growing financial/business acumen.

The Solution Lead owns the end-to-end technical solution lifecycle across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales phases, ensuring alignment between customer business needs, technical architecture, and commercial objectives.

This is a strategic, customer-facing role combining technology leadership, solution design, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution design, including service components.
- Act as technology strategist and trusted advisor during bids.
- Ensure coherence and feasibility of the technical proposal.
- Lead RFP/RFQ technical responses.
- Optimize the technical solution financially to align with business case targets.

Post-Sales / Delivery Phase
- Maintain overall accountability for technical solution delivery.
- Ensure alignment with contractual scope and customer expectations.
- Govern solution architecture and technical standards.




- Lead innovation initiatives and participate in customer innovation boards.
- Coordinate multiple technical stakeholders when applicable.

Client & Partner Engagement
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Position innovation and value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners.
- Translate technical capabilities into business and operational benefits.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–10 years of experience in a Telecommunications or IT Services organization.
- Strong background in solution architecture, network or IT infrastructure.
- Experience in pre-sales, bid management, or technical proposal development.
- Exposure to client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Ability to connect technology solutions with financial and business outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business, or equivalent
