Mandarin Oriental, Rome, part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, seeks a Director of Commercial Strategy to lead Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Distribution, driving revenue growth and profitability across rooms, F&B;, spa and events in the Italian luxury market. The role requires 7+ years in senior sales within luxury hospitality and at least 3 years in leadership, plus fluency in English.
Proficiency with SynXis, IDeaS, and Delphi is preferred.
