Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p pbYour role /b /p pWe are looking for an AME Process Engineer to support the industrialization of innovative products, from early product development and process definition to trial builds, validation and production ramp-up. The role is based at our Agordo site and will be organized on shifts.
/p pThe ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing process engineering, NPI or assembly environments, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to define robust, repeatable and efficient production processes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. /p pbMain responsibilities: /b /p ul liSupport the set-up, definition and optimization of manufacturing processes for new wearable and smart electronic products. /li liDefine and validate process parameters, with particular focus on glue dispensing, bonding control and assembly process stability. /li liEvaluate glue deposition quality, identify process deviations and adjust process settings to ensure repeatability, quality and efficiency. /liliSupport trial runs, process validation, troubleshooting and ramp‑up activities, working closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and Engineering teams. /li liPrepare and update process documentation, work instructions, control methods and technical standards for production handover. /li liCollaborate with internal teams and external partners during industrialization phases, including possible training and project activities abroad. /li /ul pbMain requirements: /b /p ul liDegree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing,
