This hybrid role combines customer engagement and account management responsibilities to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.

How will you do it
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Key customer questions, requests, and issue resolution
- Lead customer engagements and oversee the successful delivery of strategic initiatives for reduce shrinkage.
- Drive customer adoption, business value realization, and overall satisfaction.
- Facilitate governance meetings, executive business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and ensure successful resolution of customer challenges.Monitor project health, milestones, deliverables, and customer success metrics.
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives.
- Champion the voice of the customer across the organization.
What we look for

- 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer engagement, account management, or a related role.
