People Operations & Workplace Coordinator

Description
The People Operations & Workplace Coordinator is a key member of the People team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of People Operations and workplace activities across DAZN Italy. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the role is responsible for providing reliable and accurate HR administration while ensuring employees have a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role will see you act as an approachable and trusted point of contact for employees and managers, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, employee documentation, HR systems and data, payroll inputs, benefits administration and workplace operations. The role works closely with the wider People team and central functions to ensure processes are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with local requirements.

Alongside People Operations responsibilities,



the role oversees the day-to-day workplace experience across DAZN’s Italy offices, coordinating facilities, health & safety activities, vendors and suppliers, and supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to create a safe, professional and welcoming working environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities
- People Operations & HR Administration: Support the day-to-day administration of People Operations in Italy, including employment contracts and amendments, employee documentation, personnel files, and other employment-related processes, in close collaboration with the People team.
- Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, probation periods, parental leave, working time changes, internal transfers, and other employment changes. Ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded in HR syste
