empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italyfor the construction of utility-scale solar projects.
Site-based role to lead on-site execution for the MV Substation and MV Interconnecting Line within a utility-scale solar PV project.
Responsibilities
- Site Delivery (Substation + Line)Review and manage Scope of Work, IFC drawings, BOQ/BOM, method statements and ITPs.Supervise construction for:Substation civil works (earthworks, foundations, trenches/duct banks, plinths, fencing, roads, drainage).Substation electrical works (MV switchgear/RMU, transformer(s) if applicable, protection & control, AC/DC auxiliaries, batteries/UPS, lighting, earthing, cable installation/terminations).SCADA/telecom & signals (RTU/comms/FO where applicable).MV interconnecting line (route readiness, trenching/ducting, cable laying/stringing, joints/terminations, crossings, reinstatement).Coordinate subcontractors/site engineers; verify manpower, equipment, productivity, and quality.
