Trip.com Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for Attraction Partnerships covering Southern Europe, focusing on Italy and Greece. You will own partner lifecycle from market mapping to onboarding, driving GMV growth and strategic collaborations across attractions and tours.

You will build senior relationships with museums, landmark venues, and tourism stakeholders, negotiating contracts and supporting joint marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
