Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina opens Winter 2026. The Executive Sous Chef will lead all kitchen operations, support pre-opening activities, recruit and train the brigade, and ensure Mandarin Oriental standards across all outlets.

After opening, you will manage day-to-day culinary operations, drive menu development and food safety, monitor quality and cost control, and collaborate with F&B;, Purchasing and Engineering to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.
