About the roleAs our Head of E-Commerce, you will lead Dyson’s online business in Italy, combining strategic leadership with commercial ownership to deliver sustainable growth across and key marketplace partners. Acting as a key member of the local leadership team, you will influence business direction, lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional experiences for Dyson owners.
- Own the Italy e-commerce P&L;, driving revenue growth, profitability and long-term business performance.
- Define and execute the e-commerce strategy,
balancing immediate commercial opportunities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating clarity, focus and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with Marketing to optimise traffic acquisition, conversion performance and return on investment across digital channels.
- Challenge and influence internal specialists and external partners through a strong understanding of performance marketing and digital trading levers.
- Lead the marketplace and third-party e-commerce business, strengthening commercial performance and key strategic relationships.
- Use data and insight to identify growth opportunities, improve decision‑making and influence investment priorities.
- Collaborate effectively across local, regional and global teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes within a complex matrix organisation.
- Champion exceptional owner experiences across every digital touchpo
