Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. /p h3Project Buyer (f/m/d) /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcurement Operations: Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution with approved vendors. /li liSupplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support performance and continuous improvement initiatives, from early exploration, to quotation and negotiation phases. /li liSupply Chain Optimization: Identify and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain. /li liInventory Management: Collaborate with SCM to oversee raw material inventory levels and define appropriate replenishment strategies. /li liStrategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies. /li liData Documentation Management: Ensure data accuracy and maintain standardized procurement documentation across systems. /li liCross-functional Coordination: Align processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data consistency. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Degree in Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. /li liProfessional Experience: 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related operational role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. /li liProcurement Knowledge: Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles. /li liAnalytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy across systems. /li liCollaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with different departments in an international environment. /li liCommunication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive negotiations in complex environments. /li liSystems Affinity: Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools is considered a plus. /li liLanguages: Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage in an international customer and plant network. /li /ul pThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
