Primary Responsibilities
- Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assisting customers in navigating the boutique and discovering products.
- Providing detailed information about products, materials, and brand history.
- Managing sales transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Maintaining the order and elegant display of the boutique.
- Assisting with inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
- Recognizing repeat guests and VIPs, offering personalized service.
- Contributing to creating an inviting atmosphere and a memorable shopping experience.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Boutique Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A confident, proactive, and courteous personality with a strong client focus.
- Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
