As a HR Partner within the One PXT team, you will support PXT operations through consistent standard work execution, relationship-building, and timely issue resolution. With a visible presence across site operations, you'll foster team culture, support engagement, and coach leaders on PXT practices. You'll create positive employee experiences while building your skills in navigating increasingly complex issues and influencing without authority. Success in this role comes from building strong partnerships, demonstrating sound judgment, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. You'll learn to use data-driven insights and HR technologies to enhance employee experience while developing core HR capabilities that will serve as the foundation for your career growth. This role is also a learning ground—new HR Generalists are encouraged to ask questions, seek feedback, and treat every experience as a development opportunity. You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, with mobility requirements to support multiple sites within the assigned campus as needed. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport a positive employee experience by executing key programs, reinforcing workplace standards, and partnering with PXT and Operations to create a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and supported. /li liExecute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining accurate documentation of HR processes and employee interactions. /li liProvide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. /li liAssist in running and monitoring feedback channels such as roundtables, floor walks,
and employee engagement activities. Support issue tracking and follow-up, partnering with senior PXT team members to drive resolutions and improvements in employee experience. /li liCoach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention. Reinforce expectations and guide leaders in selecting and effectively utilizing available tools to improve team communication, recognition and performance conversations. /li liSupport managers in performance management by coaching on setting clear expectations, delivering timely feedback, and documenting performance conversations. Help managers address root causes of performance issues and reinforce consistent use of PXT tools and processes. /li liAssist with internal investigations, including gathering facts, reviewing documentation, and understanding root cause analysis. Learn from senior PXT partners how to uphold fairness, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the process. /li liSupport the execution of site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives. Coordinate logistics, gather feedback, and monitor effectiveness. /li liLearn to track and summarize PXT-related data (e.g., attrition / attendance trends, hiring data, employee sentiment). Help prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions. /li liPromote the use of self-service tools to resolve routine employee and manager questions. Help identify recurring gaps and elevate opportunities to improve tool usability or adoption. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree /li liExperience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience in profee auditing, coding, and documentation requirements /li liFluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Local language /li liExperience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (e.g., explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing technical guidance) /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field /li liDemonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems,
and make data-driven decisions /li liIntermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., ability to use pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas) /li liProficiency in using AI-powered tools, and HR analytics platforms /li liAbility to effectively train, guide, and support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experience /li liExperience building partnerships and collaborating effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy /li liBasic understanding of HR processes and policies /li /ul h3Basic understanding of HR processes and policies /h3 pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis.
