Your main responsibilities will include: /pulliAchieving and exceeding sales and service targets; /liliCreating a memorable and engaging shopping experience for guests; /liliManaging and motivating a multicultural team of sales associates, specialists, and supervisors; /liliOptimizing display spaces and product organization; /liliCoordinating merchandise loading/unloading and maintaining cleanliness in retail areas; /liliMonitoring sales performance and preparing reports and voyage feedback; /liliActively collaborating with onboard and shore-based management. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliProven experience in retail (preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors); /liliTeam management and leadership skills; /liliCustomer-focused mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong organizational skills; /liliTraining in sales techniques and visual merchandising; /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems; /liliFluent English (B2 level) and a second European language (Italian, French, German, or Spanish – B2 level); /liliAvailability to live and work onboard for the full contract duration (5 months); /liliPossession of STCW certificate is highly preferable. If not,
willingness to obtain STCW certificate prior embarkation (in-person course in the passport-holder's country) is required.
