Syensqo seeks a Chemist/Organic Chemist in R&I; to drive innovative research and scalable processes supporting sustainable growth. You will work on fluorine chemistry and radical polymerization, leading experiments from laboratory to pilot scale with collaboration across internal and external partners.

The role requires a Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field, strong organic chemistry knowledge, and excellent synthetic and mechanistic understanding.
