Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team in Turin. This is your chance to take end-to-end responsibility for delivering critical IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that drive our client's success.
What You'll Do: Be the Bridge: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders through workshops and interviews to deeply understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Define the Vision: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear user stories, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
Ensure Quality Delivery: Develop and review test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that the final solution perfectly aligns with business requirements.
Drive
Problem-Solving: Act as a key driver for problem resolution, monitor application quality, and contribute to Proof-of-Concept studies and innovative projects.
Embrace Agility: Work within an Agile framework to facilitate the seamless transition of services and ensure the continuous improvement of IT solutions.
What You'll Bring:
Must-Have Experience: ~5+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects. ~ A strong background in software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects. ~ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. ~ Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments. ~ Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English. Nice-to-Have Skills: Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
