The role
As Captain on the E170/E190, you'll lead from the front—setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and teamwork. You'll make sound operational decisions, champion CRM, and deliver an exceptional experience while collaborating closely with flight ops, dispatch, ATC, and cabin crew.
What you'll bring
Total time: Minimum 5,000 flight hours in airline operations
PIC time: Minimum 1,500 hours as Captain in airline operations
License Required: ATPL — EASA only
Medical: Class 1 (valid)
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (min.)
Type Rating: Not required — E170/E190 training provided (NTR)
Passport: Unlimited validity; if non?EU, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport
Core skills: Strong leadership and proven teamwork
