/b /ppbr/ppbSales generation: /b /pulliRegularly achieve the personal sales target /liliAnalyse available sales reports and data to determine business needs and establish sales strategies.
/liliSupport the development of sales techniques of associates, ensuring high levels of sales and service are used to maximise sales.
/liliDemonstrate sales leadership to staff by playing an active role on the sales floor.
/liliWork with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities to support sales.
/li /ulpbr/ppbCustomer Service: /b /pulliProvide the highest level of customer service.
/liliManage customer database and use information to increase sales and customer contact.
/liliResolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
/liliHelp sales staff to resolve various customer service issues (dissatisfied customers, returns, faulty goods).
/li /ulpbr/ppbOperations: /b /pulliEnsure the upkeep, presentation and organisation of the premises.




/liliEnsure deliveries are processed correctly and on time.
/liliControl the movement of all stock and ensure that staff adhere to all transfer and receiving policies and procedures.
/liliAdhere to stock accuracy and reduction requirements.
/liliUnderstand and perform all point of sale management functions correctly.
/liliSupport, promote and take responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, till controls, stock management and shop communication.
/li /ulpbr/ppbMerchandising/Visual: /b /pulliImplement and maintain all merchandising guidelines and ensure the execution of effective merchandising strategies.
/liliEnsure that the sales area is neat, clean and organised and that it reflects the correct visual image at all times.
/liliTo ensure that the presentation of all displays, accessories and visual areas reflect the current visual orientation.
/liliIdentify and communicate product issues in a timely manner.
/liliCommunicate stock requirements to support the business objective.
/li /ulpbr/ppbHuman Resources: /b /pulliBased on the KPI target, provide guidance and support to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate.
/liliEnsure that image and housekeeping standards are professional, reflect the brand image and are maintained at all times.
/liliProvide ongoing feedback to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate to ensure results.
/liliAct as second in charge when the Store Manager is not on duty.
