/p h3Section 1 - JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 pThe spare parts coordinator manages the spare parts purchasing, warehouse operations, as well as transport documentation and calibration records for measurement instruments within the factory.
/p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES SCOPE /h3 ul liManage spare parts purchasing activities, including: ul liRequesting and sending quotations to suppliers /li liIssuing and monitoring daily purchase orders /li /ul /li liOversee spare parts warehouse operations:



ul liCataloguing materials /li liOrganizing and rearranging shelving /li liMonitoring stock levels /li liEntering job orders into company systems /li liFiling and forwarding documents to the accounting department /li /ul /li liCoordinate spare parts shipments: ul liOrganizing pick-ups from suppliers /li liPreparing pallets for returns or repairs /li liIssuing and managing outbound delivery notes /li liCollecting and archiving calibration certificates for all measurement instruments in the factory /li /ul /li /ul h3Section 2 - CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3 ul liDetail-oriented, organized, and precise /li liHands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously /li liCapable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment /li liStrong interpersonal skills for interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders /li liFlexible and solution-oriented mindset /li /ul h3EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics-related education is preferred /li liBasic understanding of logistics, purchasing, and warehouse processes /li liAbility to work both independently and as part of a team /li /ul h3ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIE /h3 ul liPrevious experience in similar roles (logistics, warehouse, purchasing, or supply chain)
